NLPC currently has a leadership team consisting of the Pastor and three Council Members with responsibility
for different areas of the church's life. Working along with the Council is our Church Secretary, Victor Ogunjinmi.
Victor also leads our monthly Saturday prayer mornings.
David Chapman has been the Pastor of the Church since August 1996. He is passionate
about teaching the Word of God and reaching out with the love of Jesus. He is married to Cathy and they have two daughters,
Stephanie aged 16 and Sophie aged 13. He is currently Secetary of Churches Together in Hemel Hempstead and a Governor of a
local primary school.
David has recently published a devotional book

Cathy Chapman is our pastor's wife. Cathy supports David in his role, teaches
Sunday School and is our prayer co-ordinator. She is also a great mum to their two daughters.
John Guy is a valued Trustee and Church Council member with special responsibility
for overseeing our overseas mission projects. John works closely with David as our pastoral care co-ordinator
Richard Taylor is a Trustee and our Treasurer. He is also our Newsletter Editor.
